calm side streethelpful staffexcellent location
the location was great. it was a short walk to the famous galata tower. the staff were helpful and i had no issues communicating with them. the free morning tea was good.
the rooms are a bit old.

The location was amazing. Galata tower was super close. the room felt spacious. the staff were really helpful, especially with directions. the coffee shop in the lobby was very convenient.
The room's telephone didn't work. This was a bit inconvenient.

Wonderful Stay Near Galata

I found the location very convenient. Galata tower was a short walk away. The staff were helpful. They even ordered a taxi for me using their OWN app when i was in a hurry. The turkish breakfast at the cafe downstairs offered delicious options.
The room i initially booked was changed, it was smaller than expected but did include a balcony that i did not request.

Mixed experience. Some issues noticed
mold smelldamaged blinds
The bathroom had a persistent mold smell. It was quite unpleasant. the blinds were damaged. Privacy was compromised. staff only taped the blinds. This reminded me of a very temporary, inadequate solution. i wonder why they assigned a room in that condition in the first place. It was unacceptable.
